Shade all the way round
The full brim runs the whole circumference rather than sitting only at the front, so ears and the back of the neck are covered as well as the face — the parts that burn first at an outdoor event in an Australian summer. Rows of topstitching hold the brim's shape, and metal eyelets on each side of the crown let heat out.
Embroidered branding
Your logo is embroidered across the front of the crown — a raised, textured finish that lasts the life of the hat and will not crack or peel the way a print does. It is a generous, flat area that takes a full wordmark rather than squeezing one onto a cap panel. Placement and thread colours are confirmed on your artwork before production.
