A light manual folding umbrella that does both jobs — a blackout coating inside the canopy for sun, an eight-rib frame for rain. At around 280 grams it is the one that actually stays in the bag.
Two seasons, one umbrella
The dark coating on the underside of the canopy blocks the sun rather than filtering it, so it works as a parasol on a hot afternoon and a rain umbrella an hour later. That dual use is what makes it the safest choice for a giveaway going to a mixed audience.
Light enough to be carried
Roughly 280 grams and 26 cm closed, opening to a 97 cm span. Light enough that people keep it in a handbag, a glovebox or a laptop bag instead of leaving it at home — which is the only way a branded umbrella is ever seen.
